The Caballeros de Dimas-Alang is a Filipino American fraternal organization which began in San Francisco around 1921, after the wave of Filipino immigration to the west coast in the 1910s. The name of the organization honors Jose Rizal, the Philippine national hero, whose pen name while writing revolutionary tracts was Dimas-Alang. All lodges sponsored beauty pageant contests, dances and other events in their various communities.
