There are three directories which correspond to the three different alkalinity test scenarios. "Low" is the low alkalinity scenario and contains the following files: alkalinity.monthly.avg.2009.nc - Monthly averaged output of total alkalinity alkalinity.seward.spring.2009.nc - total alkalinity output for 1 day corresponding to the spring sampling date for the Seward Line timeseries. alkalinity.seward.summer.2009.nc - same as previous but for the summer sampling date. arag.2009.mat - Monthly averaged output of aragonite saturation state. arag.seward.spring.2009.mat - Aragonite saturation state output for 1 day corresponding to the spring sampling date for the Seward Line timeseries. arag.seward.summer.2009.mat - Same as previous but for the summer sampling date. CO2_airsea.monthly.avg.2009.nc - Monthly averaged output of surface air-sea CO2flux. Positive value indicates flux into ocean. Grazing.monthly.avg.2009.nc - Monthly averaged output of "Grazing" which encompasses all phytoplankton losses associated with heterotrophic grazing. NO3.seward.spring.2009.nc - Nitrate output for 1 day corresponding to the spring sampling date for the Seward Line timeseries. pCO2.monthly.avg.2009.nc - Monthly averaged output of surface ocean pCO2. pCO2.seward.spring.2009.nc - Surface ocean pCO2 output for 1 day corresponding to the spring sampling date for the Seward Line timeseries. pCO2.seward.summer.2009.nc - Same as previous but for the summer sampling date. P_Production.monthly.avg.2009.nc - Monthly averaged output of primary production which encompasses all gross photosyntheic production by phytoplankton. Respiration.monthly.avg.2009.nc - Monthly averaged output of "Respiration" which encompasses detrital remineralization. salt.monthly.avg.2009.nc - Monthly averaged output of salinity. salt.seward.spring.2009.nc - Salinity output for 1 day corresponding to the spring sampling date for the Seward Line timeseries. salt.seward.summer.2009.nc - Same as previous but for the summer sampling date. sustr.svstr.monthly.avg.2009.nc - Monthly averaged output of surface U-wind stress (sustr) and surface V-wind stresss (svstr). temp.monthly.avg.2009.nc - Monthly averaged output of ocean temperature. temp.seward.spring.2009.nc - Ocean temperature output for 1 day corresponding to the spring sampling date for the Seward Line timeseries. temp.seward.summer.2009.nc - Same as previous but for summer sampling date.
