Instructions

1.	Download latest stable version (r28738) of 3D Slicer from https://download.slicer.org and install.

2.	Download "CT_template_pub.nrrd" or "CT_template_pub.nii" AND "Segmentation_atlas_pub.seg"

3.	Drag and drop the CT_template.nrrd or CT_template_pub.nii into the Slicer application window and accept defaults

4.	Drag and drop the Segmentation_atlas_pub.seg 

5.      The segmentation should appear as as a color overlay over the CT
