Example simulation files by Lewis E. Johnson, 2011

Test 0 (MCMain.cpp) - a short simulation of a Stockmayer fluid with no external field, reaction field, or calculation of correlation functions. Used to verify that core structure of code is operating normally but little practical application.

Test 1 - a short simulation of a one-component dipolar spheroidal fluid with no external field.

Test 2 - a short simulation of a one-component dipolar spheroidal fluid under an applied field, with the local field held constant at 50 V/um

Test 3 - a short simulation of a two-component dipolar spheroidal fluid under an applied field, with the applied field (Maxwell field) held constant at 50 V/um. Average order parameters and correlation functions are only calculated for type A particles.

Test 4 - a short simulation of a two-component dipolar spheroidal fluid without an applied field, calculating averages over all particles

Test 5 - a short simulation of a two-component strongly dipolar spheroidal fluid under an applied field, with the applied field (Maxwell field) held constant at 50 V/um, calculating averages over all particles.

To run, either use the automated benchmark tool or rename the file of interest to MCmain and recompile the code.
