The data used in the manuscript "An experimental evaluation of blockage effects on the wake of a cross-flow current turbine" by Hannah Ross and Brian Polagye are included in the file 'cleanData.mat'. The processing code used to produce the results in the manuscript is included in the file 'analyzeWakeData.m'. The helper function 'maskRegions.m' is included as well. The file 'cleanData.mat' contains cleaned velocity data collected in the recirculating water flumes at the Bamfield Marine Sciences Centre's Fluid Dynamics Laboratory and the University of Washington's Harris Hydraulics Laboratory. The file contains several derived quantities as well. Variable descriptions are as follows:
	vel = cleaned, time-average three-dimensional velocity (u, v, w) [m/s]
	pos = location of each wake measurement in flume coordinates (x, y, z) [cm]
	V0 = despiked time series of free-stream velocity magnitude [m/s] 
	TKE = turbulent kinetic energy [J/kg]
	diss = dissipation rate [W/kg]
