This dataset contains trace fear conditioning data of five mice. Each folder consists of calcium live imaging data (mkt files) and behavior videos (wmv files) for one mouse.
For imaging data, there are one training session and four test session. Each training has 8 files and each test has 6 files.
For behavior videos, the mouse tested in each experiment was recorded on camera 4.
