Readme file for SOSAA data

Data folders:
*) M04 -> contains data from April, 2014
*) M05 -> contains data from May, 2014
*) M06 -> contains data from June, 2014

Data files (each folder includes the following files):
*) Flux_formic_acid.dat -> contains the flux of formic acid (unit: molecules/cm2/s)
*) GAS_HCOOH.dat -> contains the concentration of formic acid (unit: molecules/cm3)
*) GAS_bcar.dat -> contains the concentration of beta-caryophyllene (unit: molecules/cm3)
*) GAS_apin.dat -> contains the concentration of alpha-pinene (unit: molecules/cm3)
*) GAS_bpin.dat -> contains the concentration of beta-pinene (unit: molecules/cm3)
*) GAS_3car.dat -> contains the concentration of delta-3-carene (unit: molecules/cm3)
*) GAS_isop.dat -> contains the concentration of isoprene (unit: molecules/cm3)
*) GAS_limo.dat -> contains the concentration of limonene (unit: molecules/cm3)

Header of data files:
*) Column 1-6: time (matlab datevec format)
*) Row 1: Height level (in meters)
*) Column 7-57, Row 2-end: data of your parameter

Notes!:
*) In our simulations, formic acid is only found as an oxidation product from 
emitted beta-caryophyllene, beta-pinene, isoprene, limonene and 2-methyl-3-buten-2-ol. 
*) Deposition of formic acid is included. 
*) Emission and plant uptake of formic acid is not included.
*) Chemistry used: MCM v3.3.1
