dc.description.abstract Symphony By Numbers is an intermedia work of art, or perhaps visual music. The composer developed software for sound synthesis and abstract animation that was used to create the work. The artist also developed a XML schema for doing intermedia art works. The work is in 6 movements and is 21 minutes in duration. en_US
