dc.description.abstractGenetic Numeracy is a necessary component of decision making with genetic information. Quantitative studies of genetic numeracy are few in number. This thesis presents a preliminary analysis of a quantitative scale of genetic numeracy to improve quantiative analyis of this topic. It compares numeracy to genetic knowledge, and looks at predictors of genetic numeracy.en_US
