Title: Endocrine disrupting chemical (EDC) accumulation in Puget Sound sediments and the implications for native fish populations
Author: Kimball, Brittany
Abstract: Sediments from Glacier Bay and Puget Sound, Washington were analyzed for the presence of natural and synthetic estrogens and progestogens. Glacier Bay had low concentrations and Puget Sound had high concentrations. The latter finding is similar to that of other highly populated regions.
