    Abstract
This project provides parking planners at Washington State University with a tool to analyze the impacts of price changes on expected revenues and a framework for identifying optimal pricing strategies for parking. The model is flexible and can be used to estimate hourly demand. These results will help university parking planners manage peak demand by understanding the impacts of variable hourly pricing.
