The agents keep monitoring their computing-resource field and move their user jobs to better computing nodes. This paper presents the system design, execution model of the framework, and our performance evaluation using two applications: the Wave2D MPI-parallelized wave-propagation simulator and the Mandelbrot Fractal generator benchmark programs.application/pdfen-USCopyright is held by the individual authors.field-based; job deployment; job migration; job monitoring; job scheduling; mobile-agent basedComputer sciencecomputing and software systemsField-Based Job Dispatch and MigrationThesis
