The contemporary built environment is managed and influenced by data both visible and hidden. A wealth of information is now collected and stored from every aspect of our daily lives. Architects and designers are increasingly aware of the potential of data. It is now possible to collect and synthesize data to draw conclusions that allow one to make urban design and architectural decisions.
