The 2014 Seattle Bicycle Master Plan calls for many new miles of bike lanes, cycle tracks, and neighborhood greenways. This report examines the safety of each type of infrastructure and evaluates the pros and cons of the case-control methodology as a tool for determining the risk of bicycle-motor vehicle collisions.
