Flores Lima reports that 09/27/82 D'Aubuisson met with Garcia and mentioned relationship with officers. Aubuisson denies honduran report that he is trying to divide armed forces. But admits that he is in contact with officers and has offfered some postions as advisors in gov't controlled industries/enterprises. Ochoa is someone who accepted. Flores Lima was offered position.
