Abstract

In this study, parent satisfaction with their child's birth to three program was evaluated. Responses among different family groups were then compared. A parent satisfaction and family needs survey was given to all seventy families in the Infant and Toddler Program at the Experimental Education Unit in Seattle, Washington. With a response rate of 70% it was difficult to draw conclusions, however answers indicated general program satisfaction. Families still had need of resources in the areas of information, family and social support, and childcare.
