Lawsuit by PMs Letter from Human Rights Watch

Abstract

The Cambodian government - headed bo co-prime ministers at the time - threathened to take legal action against the Phnom Penh Post over an article it said affected "public peace." Human Rights Watch called the government's action an attempt "to curtainl the freedom of the press and stifle the right to hold and express opinions" in Cambodia.
