Abstract

A Phoenix’s Saga is a series of 50 one page comics, in an exercise of form. The strips retell the character’s journey from car crash to next car crash on each page. The style and medium choices affect the dialogue of the strip, though the action follows the same path each time. Style prompts are included and can be used by other writers & artists as their own beginning points for creative works.
