dc.description.abstractThis project focuses on "the second shift" which refers to the double work load mothers take on in their full-time careers outside of the home, as well as in the home (domestic labor). Although there is an increasing number of mothers entering the workforce, there is still a disparity between men and women, in regards to domestic labor.
