Austin will present an overview of PATH, the Program for Appropriate Technology in Health. He will provide context for PATH's Safe Water Program, including water, sanitation, and hygiene issues. He will discuss water contaminants and their health impacts. He will review water supply, hauling, and storage. He will describe household point-of-use water treatment methods. Next, he will review the project approach. He will wrap up with some water case studies from India and Africa.
