By examining existing research, this literature review highlights the importance of effective technology implementation in providing students with enhanced engagement, personalized learning, and the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills. It also addresses challenges such as access to technology, teacher training, and the need for digital citizenship education. The paper concludes with recommendations for future research from educators and policymakers and a discussion summarizing the key takeaways, and an action plan for future instruction.
