Abstract

Women who have sex with women are at risk for sexually transmitted infections. Often these communities fail to practice safer sex, due to a lack of education about potential risks. Safer sex education targeted to queer women in these communities, combined with wider access to barrier methods, would reduce the prevalence of unsafe sexual practices.
