Isotherm (temperature), isohaline (salinity) and isopycnals (density) were plotted for the Rumble III volcano. The data were gathered through measuring current velocity, CTD in vertical transects, and the concentrations of nitrate, silicate and oxygen. Downwelling occurred over the volcano summit and was linked with lower nutrients and higher oxygen. Upwelling occurred over the volcano's flanks and was associated with higher nutrients and lower oxygen.en_US
