Kamba time - for flute, clarinet, violin, viola and cello

Abstract

Kamba Time is a composition for flute, clarinet, violin, viola and cello. This piece is inspired by conceptions of time of an ethnic group form Kenya - Kamba people. The idea of an absolute, potential and absent time is expressed using beating tones and the concept of filtering of sound.
