Abstract
Palmer will discuss the impact of climate change on water resources. He will frame the problem in context and present an overview of climate change: global and regional. He will outline the hydrologic impacts of climate change. Next, he will examine the regional water supply. He will address impacts on salmon recovery, and consider ways of involving the public.
