| dc.description.abstract | A highly regioselective palladium catalyzed intramolecular hydroamination of substituted 1,3-dienes was achieved to create diverse nitrogen containing heterocycles. Hydroamination of 1,3-dienes goes in high yields, is selective for 1,2 addition and is suitable for a wide variety of nitrogen protect-ing groups. Insight to the mechanism of 1,3-diene hydroamination was accomplished by isolating a crucial palladium allyl complex. | en_US |
