Eulerian Power Operations

Abstract

Following the introduction of Eulerian sequences for equivariant Steenrod operations (Bhattacharya--Waugh--Zeng--Zou, 2025), this paper extends the theory to provide a framework for constructing equivariant power operations. We call these Eulerian power operations. This framework recovers equivariant Steenrod operations as a special case, and constructs new Araki--Kudo--Dyer--Lashof operations for all finite groups.
