In response to Ochoa rebellion group of field grade officers say Ochoa should be removed and/or punished. Agree to convene meeting with high command ASAP. Want field commanders to be frank and not have to take sides. Delay in meeting may be seen as weakness/indecsion, don't want junior officers to actively support Ochoa.
