| dc.description.abstract | This policy paper aims to shed light on the multifaceted impacts of climate change on young persons with disabilities. It highlights the stark absence of intersectional research that takes age (among other factors) into account, as well as accessible, inclusive, and disability-sensitive planning and responses to climate crises. The paper reveals a systemic failure to include the voices of young people in climate-related discussions and planning efforts, even as they are the ones who will be forced to contend with the consequences of climate change long into the future. | |
