Rather than combine the two quite different categories, they are listed in separate sections. Within each section, entries are in alphabetical order. The format for the entries is simple. The first line is the title in italics. Succeeding lines are indented. The second line is the publisher, the third is the place of publication, the fourth is the language code, the fifth is the format and location(s).
