It is with considerable pleasure that we present the Summer Quarter 2012 GIS Workshop reports from our inaugural class of the Professional Master’s Program in GIS (PMP-GIS) for Sustainability Management at the University of Washington. The successes of the 2012 PMP-GIS Workshop were due entirely to the efforts of a very unique and memorable group that we grew to learn possessed a remarkable depth of professional experience and as well as genuine intellectual curiosity about how to use sustainability information science for sustainability management. The results of 2012 GIS Workshop are presented in their entirety at the end of this document. CONTENTS 1.
