A study to determine the need and practicability of expanding the vocational curriculum, in the secondary schools of the State of Washington
Abstract
The problem of this study was to determine the need and practicability of establishing and expanding the vocational curriculum in the secondary schools of the state of Washington. The proposed objectives of this study were: 1. To determine the practicability of making curriculum changes that would increase vocational and prevocational courses to better qualify non-college bound students for a particular trade. 2. To determine the feasibility of providing centrally- located public vocational schools on a secondary school level.
