| dc.description.abstract | The attached dataset is a collection of videos taken in an agarose gel model of the brain in order to examine the differences in diffusive behavior between 100 nm carboxyl-modified polystyrene latex nanoparticles (PS-COOH) and PEGylated polystyrene latex nanoparticles (PS-PEG). The data presented are analyzed in the paper submitted to the Journal of Colloids and Surfaces B: Biointerfaces "Colloidal stability as a determinant of nanoparticle behavior in the brain" by Chad Curtis, Dorsa Toghani, Benjamin Wong, and Elizabeth Nance. Subject area: Chemical engineering More specific subject area: Nanoparticles, diffusion, fluorescent microscopy Type of data: TIF files (multi-image files) How data was acquired: Fluorescent microscopy Data format: Compressed Data source and location: Seattle, Washington, USA | en_US |
