dc.description.abstractThis codebook accompanies the survey of public access venue users, which was designed to capture user characteristics, usage patterns, and perceptions of impact. The survey is divided into six sections: 1) Basic information, 2) ICT exposure and skills, 3) Access, 4) Usage, 5) Perceived impacts, and 6) Demographics. The survey was implemented in 2010 and 2011 in Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Ghana, and the Philippines.en_US
