| dc.description.abstract | Three dimensional modeling is profoundly becoming a synergistic idiom associated with information communication technologies in the AEC / FM Industry. There are many researches that are going on around the world to discover & improve the efficiency & effectiveness of the integrated information in the construction process. The purpose of this research paper is to study the process of the Evaluation of BIM-COBie Data for Facility Management at University of Washington. The findings of this research show that BIM-CObie concepts can play a very critical role in improving the data management process of facility services of a building throughout its life cycle. Looking into the bigger picture for the future projects, this research work would be helpful in weighing the kind of data management processes to be implemented to create a significant impact on the cost of the building life cycle. | |
