| dc.description.abstract | This study investigated the variation in educational opportunity in Washington State under certain hypothetical matters of distributing state grants-in-aid such as: 1) When factors in the state school distribution formula are eliminated or mixed in different, predetermined and specified proportions, and 2) when a given increase in state support is distributed under circumstances where local effort in relation to local ability to pay is used as a factor in the formula. | en_US |
